We're walking on faith
Sharing our dreams together
Learning as we go

I'm biding my time
Figuring out who I am
Learning as I go

By sea sink or swim
By land hit the ground running
Until you get there

Our Home

I love our little house
We've made into a home, you see
It's like a little slice of Heaven
As long as you're here with me

A porch with southern columns
Flowers planted in little rows
A swing made just for 2
And a garden for tomatoes

Warm lights, comforts, and hospitality
We put a candle here, a blanket there,
Two sofas so comfy
And oak table by oak stairs

A bathroom or two
A tub and vanity for me
Our own floor to ourselves
And even room for company

Our little home
Big enough for us three
But always room for more
And oh yes, even the kitties

Windows a plenty and a fireplace so cozy
Our portrait hanging above
Two floors, one story
And that story is love

I love our little home
That we've made together
Quaint, charming and oh so pretty
I want to stay here forever

She Walks With Peace

There's a lady that walks
Where angels tread with her
three birds-peace, Hope, and Charity

Pup and cub play at her feet
All had never met but
Never been apart

Then all changed but was the same
and the same it was changed
The forest turned old, all familiar now cold

The wolf with the gift
Battled the one that was without
The two intertwined and disenchanged

They fought as had the bears
The blessed and the naught
And the wind swept both of them away

She holds Peace inside her coat
Not a word do they speak
And they still walk together today.
