Just a quick note on what, exactly, the Transfer Wing is/does. The Transfer Wing is made up of volunteer riders only, who, as needed, replace various wing riders who need a rest before their Wing has finished. Originally, the Transfer Wing was developed in the absence of a full compliment of Wings. The Tranfers job, these days, is now less nessecary, but no less important.
