SPEED KILLS

3600 people die annually and 320,000 are injured on our roads.

Where 20 mph zones have been introduced and enforced, all casualties have fallen by around 60%.

Since the Labour Government published its hopelessly inadequate Speed Review on 1st March 2000 approximately

people have been killed on Britain's roads because of speeding drivers.

Since Labour came to power on the 1st May 1997 the total toll is about

dead and

injured. Of these,

deaths were caused by SPEEDING.
