Tim's Scrapbook Newsletter
Whew! I just finished redesigning my Web to get a little more organized in time for the Christmas rush. I have chosen the theme of a scrapbook. I think it makes for a meaningful flow: a welcome message, the Web-wide standard of listing what's new at my site, this newsletter, graphical links presented as Bumper Stickers, and my original contributions (Christian Resources, my own writing, book reviews, and some of my favorite Web sites). Finally, I share some personal info about myself (something I wish more Webmasters would do). My guestbook continues to grow. I hope you'll sign it. I always have more ideas than time as far as this site goes. When I first saw the World Wide Web in 1994, I immediately saw that it was going to revolutionlize communication. It made self-publishing practical for the first time. It's taken me this long to decide I was going to make a long-term commitment to this medium. Now, I'll be publishing my own newsletter every week. Sometimes it will be short -- just pointing to a longer piece I've written. 'Tis the season, so I hope you'll check out my Christmas Carols page. It's the most popular part of my little scrapbook -- so popular, in fact, that this year I thought I should dust off the cobwebs from this site and introduce something new. Thus my own newsletter. That's all for now. I hope you'll check back again next week. |
