INSANE CLOWN POSSE/TWIZTID

This beef with Eminem and the Insane Clown Posse (ICP), goes way back to 1995. ICP consists of two people, Violent J (Joseph Bruce), and Shaggy 2 Dope (Joseph Ulster). A lot of people just think that ICP made "Slim Anus" for no reason, but that's not how it is at all. Everythiing started in 1995, when Eminem was handing out flyers for a party he was playing at. The flyer apprently said "Appearance from ICP...maybe". Unfortunately, Violent J wasn't too happy about this and he told Eminem to "fuck off" and that he wouldn't play at his party.

All this bull shit apparently hurt Eminem's pride, and so he started to diss ICP. He told people that he threw ICP out of a club in Detroit and he told a close friend that ICP were pussies for not responing. The club incident is true though, Eminem and D-12 chased ICP out of a club and then shot ICP's van with a paintball gun. This is briefly mentioned in "Nothing But A Bitch Thang" when ICP denies it: "you ain't never chased us out of no club bitch... only club you ever chased anybody out of was a gay bar bitch." Eminem has dissed ICP on many tracks before. For example, on "Get U Mad", he says "dress up like ICP and have them come see you perform live" and on "Drastic Measures" he says, "ICP are overated and hated because of their false identities". I'm not sure where Twiztid come in to this, but I heard that Dr. Dre was going to sign them but ICP got there first. This goes way back to High School where Monoxide Child of Twiztid beat Eminem in a freestyle battle rap. I've never heard Eminem diss them on a song, but I think he has dissed them in interviews. ICP then made Slim Anus a remix of the succesfull Eminem hit "My Name Is". It is actually Twiztid who done the vocals for the song. Eminem aparently cried on the Howard Stern show after he heard Slim Anus. I doubt that this is true. Eminem also went on a radio station saying he was too big to respond to ICP. ICP said there's no doubt that Eminem is a better lyricist, but they would kick his ass in a fight.

In an exclusive interview here's what Eminem had to say about the whole thing : "I don't think I take the beef as seriously as they do, because I don't consider them artists. They look at me as an artist. I think they get more uptight about it. I can look at them and laugh. They can't do anything to me. What can they do to me? They have no credibility, no respect, no talent, they have nothing. All they can do is dis me vocally, they can't dis me lyrically. There's nothing they can do to me as far as the music goes. I don't take it as seriously as they do and I think that frustrates them. I think it's funny. " Eminem also disses ICP on his latest album, "The Marshall Mathers LP". He disses them on 2 songs. On track 11 "Marshall Mathers", Eminem says:
"plus I was put here to put fear in faggots who spray Faygo Root Beer and call themselves clowns cuz they look queer Faggot 2 Dope and Silent Gay clamin Detriot when ya'll live 20 miles away (fuckin punks) And I don't wrestle I'll knock you fuckin faggots the fuck out, Ask'em about the club that they was at when they snuck out After they ducked out the back when they saw us and bugged out (AHHH!) Ducked down and got paintballs shot at they truck BLAOW! Look at ya'll runnin ya mouth again When ya ain't seen a fucking mile road south of ten And I dont need help from D-12 to beat up two females In make- up who might try to strach me with Lee Nails Slim Anus, you damn right Slim Anus I dont get fucked in mine like you two little flaming faggots!..."

Plus, on track 12, the Ken Kannif Skit, ICP are sucking Ken Kanniff's Dick. Ken Kanniff asks them "Whats my name?" and one of them says "Eminem" and Ken Kanniff gets pissed and throws them out. It's funny as fuck, you gotta hear it.

 CAGE

The beef concerning Eminem and Cage has been going on ever since 1998 when Eminem released the Slim Shady EP. Cage has accused Eminem saying that Eminem has copied his style and his lyrics. Eminem was supposed to make a track dissing the Cage but it never materialised. This has been denied by Eminem and in the Slim Shady LP, you can hear the disses Eminem lays down to Cage in "Role Model: "Bought Cage's tape opened it, and dubbed over it."

In a song called "Drastic Measures" Eminem disses Cage as well. "I'm picking up Cage's sister early...", as well as in a freestyle, "Went on stage and sprayed Cage with agent orange." In the same freestyle Em also says "Wiped my ass with his page is The Source...". Also, in a freestyle off Tony Touch's Power Cypha 3 - 50 MC's on CD 05, track 06, Eminem says: I write a rhyme a day, So it's no wonder how come your whole album is soundin like a bunch of shit that I would say [Then Em screams "CAGE!!!].

Cage was not prepared to just take these insults, and began by dissing Eminem in this song called And So Kiddies... Cage mentions "Tired rhyme styles from Detroit, Michigan" reffering to Eminem's heavy MTV rotation. He also insults Eminem's alter ego Slim Shady, calling him Bitch Lady. He has released a freestyle called "Bitch Lady" too, which is almost impossible to get your hands on. When asked in an interview with HipHopSite.com how the beef began and where it curently stood, Cage said, "It started because he is a bitch ass nigga! Right now it stands with me kicking in his fucking face, real horrorshow, I ain’t lettin’ all the shit he said slide." Cage also rips into Em on "Illest four letter word." Here are the Em dissing lines: I heard some blonde bitch walking through New York looking for Cage, I'll stab you in the face, ten times in the same place Lace your little infant 'til you thinking different, When in the same building on the street lift you off your feet. The illest four letter word in the world, supporter, Rhyme slaughter, the listener to death save the gun for the Blonde Ambition, fell off the Christian wagon. Your systems saggin biting my shit and I'm laughing, I can freak simple shit and sell records but I don't. I write the illest shit that cause fans to enter bitin' zones, Keep your guards by your guard you showing cards on the low. See a man gotta deal, now y'all look just like 'Cro (Necro), all you schizophrenics need help with reality. Kill your two little personalities, shark getting snuck a salary, Observe gravity pullin ya in to earth gradually. You'll see you need a style I create to try and battle me."

Cage has also released a new song called Still C.A.G.E., a parody of Dr. Dre's hit single Still D.R.E. from his new album Chronic 2001.

 MILKBONE
(no pic Available at this time)

This whole hate all started from the one line on the song "Just Don't Give A Fuck" where Eminem says, "I'm nicer than Pete, but I'm on a search to crush a Milkbone". He says that this was not meant as a diss towards Milkbone, but a metaphor of how society treats white rappers.

Dr. Dre is reportedly fending off accusations that he lifted a portion of a song from a group called Milkbone and used it on a track for Scarface. The Associated Press reports that Milkbone producer James Gist and Set It Off Records filed a breach-of-contract lawsuit against Dre (known to some as Andre Young) on Monday in Los Angeles. The suit reportedly claims that Dre heard a Milkbone track that samples Lalo Schifrin's "The Human Fly" while he was talking to the group about helping them with a distribution deal. The suit then claims that when talks broke off between Dre and the group, Dre used the sample on the song "Game Over" which he produced for Scarface. Gist and Set It Off reportedly claim their plans to release Milkbone's song using the same sample had to be dropped, and are seeking $2 million for their troubles.

Milkbone also made a song called "Introducing Milkbone". But in my opinion it's a very bad and poor effort as far as "diss" tracks go. It's from the Death Row album "The Chronic 2000".

EVERLAST [whitney ford]

Well, now it's Slim Shady vs. Whitey Ford at the moment, and it's not going to be pretty. After dissing Christina Aguilera, the Backstreet Boys, *NSYNC, the Insane Clown Posse, his own mother, and his wife, Eminem is now battling it out, verbally, with Everlast. On a new song, called "I Remember" - the B-side of "Shit on You", the new single from his group D-12, Eminem takes issue with Everlast's stylistic switch from the MC in House of Pain to the more song-oriented troubadour of his recent solo albums.

In the track, Eminem says things such as: I went to get your shit Man I was into it But then you went and took your style and switched shit Now you sound ridiculous You dickless piece of shit How can you diss me bitch!. After dissing Everlast's guitar playing, singing, and age, Eminem also expresses the wish that the heart attack that Everlast suffered in 1998 had been fatal. Not surprisingly, this doesn't rest particularly well with Everlast, who owns up to playing a role in starting the feud by dissing Eminem in a guest appearance on a remixed version of the Dilated Peoples "Ear Drum Pop". In the track, Everlast dissed Eminem subliminibly by saying: "Homeboy got his feelings hurt by some shit I said", Everlast says. "Everybody's trying to fan the flames now. He made his song; I've got a little something for him on record. We're going to see what happens. The unnamed record that Everlast refers to doesn't exist yet, however. "If I do something, which is more than an if, it's not going to be commercially released. It'll be sent out to hip-hop DJs or thrown up on Napster or something. It's kind of like a Fuck you, too, kind of deal." "See, without beef, homeboy doesn't have anything," Everlast continues. "Controversy and beef are all he's got to hold on to. I'm going to respond in my hip-hop fashion; commercially and all that, I'm not too worried about it. Honestly, homeboy is beneath me, as far as I'm concerned. I'm going to handle what I've got to handle, and if Shorty wants to come and handle me, he can do it with his hands." Everlast, who just released his third solo album, "Eat at Whitey's", is currently touring with Santana and will soon hop on the road with the Wallflowers.

The D-12 album, "Devil's Night", is due out in the spring on Eminem's Shady/Interscope label."

XXL MAGAZINE
(no pic available at this time)

This beef may not be very apparent, but after the release of the Marshall Mathers LP, XXL went ahead and published an Unauthorized Biography of Marshall Mathers. Eminem started this beef with the following line on the Marshall Mathers track of the album: "And then to top it off, I walked to the news stand to buy this cheap-ass little magazine with a food stamp skipped to the last page, flipped right fast and what do I see? A picture of my big white ass Okay, let me give you motherfuckers some help: uhh, here - DOUBLE XL, DOUBLE XL Now your magazine shouldn't have so much trouble to sell Ahh fuck it, I'll even buy a couple myself"

 CHRISTINA AGUILERA
(this ho doesn't deserve a pic, but oh well)

Eminem referred to Christina Aguilera on "The Real Slim Shady", track 8 on his new album, "The Marshall Mathers LP", depicting her in explicit sexual detail. It all started when Aguilera had her "What A Girl Wants" special on MTV. She aired Eminem's "My Name Is" video, and while it was playing she put Eminem on "blast". Going on to air a rumor that Eminem was married to Kim, which was true, but still private information at the time. She even goes on to talk about domestic violence, and tell girls to get out and avoid those types of relationships. Which may be good messages, but Eminem would have rather she didn't pick the video at all. So Eminem told some rumors he had heard about Christina Aguilera.

---SQUASHED BEEFS---

 DMX

There are rumors going around that DMX and Eminem have beef. Well, right now I'd like to make a point that those rumors are FALSE. Eminem has stated in interviews that DMX is one of his favorite rappers and he would like to collaborate with him. The reason some people believe that this is a "beef" between these two is because of the following.

On DMX's "Party Up," DMX says the following: "You wack, you're twisted, your girl's a hoe You're broke, the kid ain't yours, and everybody know Your old man say you stupid, you be like, "So? I love my baby mother, I never let her go"

make it seem DMX is referring to Eminem, his wife Kim and his daughter Hailie.

On Eminem's "Marshall Mathers," Eminem says the following: "Yo, you might see me joggin Or you might see me walkin You might see me walkin A dead rottweiler dog With his head chopped off in the park With a spiked collar hollerin At him cuz the son of a bitch wont quit barkin [barking sounds follow]"

In a song called, "If I Get Locked Up Tonight", Eminem says: "So put a sock in it, with your fake ass Tupac image You faggots ain't tough, you just get drunk and become talkative"

From these two lyrics, which is highly coincidental, is why people believe there is beef between these two.

In an interview from Black and Gold magazine, Eminem stated the following:
"(Debbie): Who are some of your favorite MCs or artists?

(Eminem): My favorite MCs or artists...Um...Jay-Z. I like DMX, LL Cool J, Treach from Naughty By Nature, Nas. I like Redman, Royce da 5'9. Royce da 5'9 is one of my favorite MCs and he ain't even out yet, but I swear to God he's gonna bang motherfuckers in the head when he comes out! I'm telling you!"

Note that he even says it before LL Cool J a rapper that, when Eminem was growing up, he idolized.

NELLY

The beef between Eminem and Nelly has been squashed. The reason for this beef at first was because Nelly was on national radio stations in the mid-west and even on MTV dissing Eminem. He went on record saying that "He ate M&M's" and other various disses on Slim Shady.

Sixshot.com reported that there might be a beef between Eminem and the dirty South's latest rapstar Nelly. This is, according to people 'round the management of D12, Eminem's crew, a canard. Eminem and his entourage allegedly changed their stay in Miami, but not because Nelly and the St. Lunatics were at the same hotel. The only reason why Eminem went to Loews Hotel was that all the Interscope artists (Ruff Ryders, Eminem, Black Eyed Peas, D-12) were put up there, Nelly's stay in Miami had nothing to do with this. Also, Nelly himself contacted Eminem to squash the beef that was provoked by Nelly's diss on Marshall Mathers on a Midwestern radio station, so by the time of the MTV awards, this "beef" (that, apparently, never was a real one) was already over.
