I brought dozens of boxes home after my father's funeral in 1999: photos, letters, writings. Since I have no children myself, they might never be appreciated again. And there are more stories to tell. So, in light of my own mortality, I resolved to make part of my archives available to you, dear reader. In October of 2000, I began posting material on the Internet. My full name is Thomas Buckingham Thomas. People call me Tom, but I chose the fancier "T. Buckingham Thomas" for this website. It's not just a simple personal web page. It's more like an autobiographical book, with several hundred articles. I've provided various ways to find them. • Each of the twelve colorful topic buttons to your left takes you to a site submap that lists maybe a couple of dozen articles, in chronological order by subject matter, with the most ancient subject first.
