Created Descartes’ successful new vertical market industry positioning.  Selected as project manager to lead cross-functional, cross-cultural team to execute the launch of company’s vertical industry solutions.  Created and marketed an educational seminar and press conference in Tokyo.  Attendance far exceeded expectations, leading to valuable press coverage in major Japanese publications and subsequent product launches globally.
