We had a unique beginning to our day.  We started by walking to Westminster and viewing the memorial, tombs, and arhitecture of the abbey.  Next we stood on a sidestreet and waved to Queen Elizabeth, as she was transported to the Opening of State Parliament (she is in the 4th picture above, better seen on video).  We then went shopping for Tait- he had great success finding many shirts that he wouldn't find in the states.  Eventually we went to dinner, bought a few more gifts, and quickly revisited places we hadn't filmed.

Wednesday November 13th

Here's an ornate gateway into a park, and the picture below is the fountain in front of a very dark Buckingham Palace.  Directly above is the guard who talked to us!!  We even got a portion on video.
