Poems from others hearts and souls |
Upon this page ye shall find poems from others souls and minds... I hope you like them as well as I. (ok, so what, it doesn't fully rhyme) |
The wishing stars in the sky drop down their hopes to a shimmering stone. The lights dance a dance of hope as the stone stands watching smiling at a bright future, past sandy lands. Soon it fades to an end Leaving life to sleep as dawn climbs it's blue mountain, guiding a start a start of a story, Longing to begin. ~Dawn Hunter |
Back to the begining...or the end? |
Dirt to flesh To dirt again. We are just but mortal men Striving to be in God's view As we kneel before the pew. We pray to angels as they sing And hope one day to earn our wings. ~Crystal Lanie Gresham |
A Deep Sparkly Blue Alone I stand surrounded by a sea of sparkly blue snow Glistening in the moonlight. So vast and mystical I feel such peace, I could stand here forever. Every flake just as it feel, Not one footprint in the fresh powder. The deep sparkly blue landscape is like no other, Am I still on earth. Never have I seen such unique beauty, just moonlight reflected on new-fallen snow. ~Jeff |
Free The hues of the fog give light to the ocean of clouds that drift to the horizon. My thoughts are of the bird that soars above, more free as it rides the wind. I realize that I am that bird for I am alive soaring through my mind. ~Jeff |
