DRACO MALFOY
Anyone who has read all the Harry Potter Books more than once will agree that Draco Malfoy is the series most disgusting and character, dispite the blatantly obvious exception in Voldermort. Malfoy comments are gut wrenching to say the least, and make me wonder if J.K. Rowling was a victim of a nasty bully herself. The nastiest I believe Malfoy gets is around Ron, it is clear that although loathing Harry, Malfoy underneath is scared of him, which leads to least personal insults. Ron on the otherhand comes from a family, Draco has been taught to hate, this leads to some terrible comments about wealth.
Malfoy being brought up a in the Slytherin, Dark Arts sympathiser branch of wizardry, by the second book shows no secret to the fact that he believes magic should be kept amongst pure-blood wizards, this show in his dislike towards Hermonine and calling her such terms as Mugblood. The fourth book in depicting Malfoy dad as a returned Death-Eater, and showing Draco on the train predicting the return of Voldermort gives room to the thought of Malfoy becoming a more major character in the book. I wouldn’t be so surprised if his part in the books becomes more complex. Perhaps hes rule as Harry’s teasing rival to change into a more serious one of actually following in his fathers footsteps and working for Voldermort. This is not at all far fetched for it is clear a war is coming, Voldermort will won’t all the men he can muster espeacily if he doesn’t have Snape, Malfoy could be he’s Hogwarts spy and dirtyman. |
