______________________________________________________________________ This is a work in progress dep- icting the last scene of Star Trek Generations, when a group of Starfleet ships departs Veridian III after rescuing the survivors of the Enterprise-D. I've still got the rest of the Farragut and the Bozeman to detail. After that I'll put in the shadows and do the background. I'm happy with how it looks so far. The Sovereign class Enterprise, one of my favourite ships and the Captain's Yacht, Cousteau. The composition is based on a lithograph that was available a few years ago. I've only seen small pictures of it, but I liked how the Enterprise was positioned. I later realised that the Yacht's engines should be in the down position, not up. |
Another work in progress, this is a simple drawing of DS9 and its visitors. Most of the outline looks okay, but I'm having trouble with one of the pylons, I just can't get the angle right. I'll update these two images as I go. |
All drawings are copyright of John Pearse. Please let me know if you'd like to use any on your own site. |

As always, this page will be updated again soon. |
A battle between a Federation Galaxy class ship and a Cardassian Galor. I like the Wrath of Khan-ish feel to it. I coloured it in Photoshop. |
An attempt at drawing Phlox. I'm so bad at doing people that I ended up turning it into a generic Denobulan. No name, no history. I did decide to give a little background though. He's some sort of mystic warrior who has vowed to defend his planet from intruders. I was watching a Jackie Chan movie when I drew it. The symbol on his clothing is Denobula and its two moons. |
Maybe I should take back what I said about not being able to draw people. I'm taken aback by how like Patrick Stewart this turned out. It was only a quick drawing I did to pass the time. I think I'll try drawing people more often now. |
