今天教的是(笑口常開)

材料有:                                                                Ingredients:

清水1 1/2安 (42克)                                              1 1/2 oz (42g) water

幼糖5安 (140克)                                                   5 oz (140g) sugar

雞蛋1隻                                                                1 egg

油2湯匙                                                                2 tbsp oil

白麵粉10安 (280克)                                            10 oz (280g) plain flour

發粉1/2茶匙                                                        1/2 tsp baking powder

梳打粉1/2茶匙                                                    1/2 tsp soda

芝麻1/2杯                                                            1/2 cup sesame seed

製法:

1. 清水放鍋內煮沸加糖搞溶。

2. 雞蛋與油同放碗中和勻侯用。

3. 麵粉、發粉、梳打粉一同篩在桌上開穴。將糖水及蛋、油放入拌勻,慢慢把四週麵粉撥入以   手按妥。搓成長條,分切成32等份。

4. 芝麻預先洗淨隔乾水份,放圓兜或大碗中。將切成等份之小麵糰搓圓,放入滾上一層芝麻。

5. 油大半鍋煮至大熱時,熄火將圓球放入炸至發大裂開。重開中火炸至金黃色,以罩籬撈起隔淨餘油。攤凍後置瓶中可留一個月。

Method:

1. Bring water to boil in small saucepan.  Cease fire to stir in sugar till dissolves.

2. Beat egg with oil.

3. Sift flour, baking powder and soda onto table.  Make a well in the centre to put in sugar solution and egg batter.  Slowly draw in flour to form a soft dough.  Divide into 32 equal portions.  Shape into balls.

4. Wash, drain and dry sesame seeds.  Roll small balls onto seeds to coat evenly.

5. Bring half wok oil to just boil.  Place cookies in oil to deep fry over low heat till a crack is formed on each cookie.  Increase heat till a crack is formed on each cookies.  Increase heat to deep fry till golden brown.  Remove and drain.  Keep in jar after cooled.   Can be kept for one month.
