					Literacy Cadre
	It has truly been a privelege and a blessing to be a part of the literacy cadre.  This is a group of teachers and coaches committed to putting reading and writing first and foremost in the educational process.  This fits well with my personal phylosophy as I believe that widespread reading and writing education is a mirracle of our country.  My Design Project is a direct result of the desire to reinforce English Content Standards within my math classes.  Here is a sample of some of the work we have been doing.
