The Crusher Beside the railway siding next to William's Shaft engine house lies the remains of a stone crusher complete with four holding down bolts.

The Stone Crusher 
Summer 2001 

This stone crusher is suggested by brown and Acton to be associated with dump removal activity after the mine has shut, rather than ore dressing whilst the mine was open. The small size of the structure would confirm this was the case. 
Large amounts of dump material has been removed from the site since its closure and is was still in progress at a very small scale in 2001.
