Episode 1{Strategy X}- In this episode Professor X welcomes the new mutant ,Kurt Wagner, to the institute. Toad infultraits the mansion and Nightcrawler helps out. Will Scott and Jean accept the strange looking mutant.

Episode 4{Mutant Crush}-In this episode one of the new Brotherhood mutants has a crush on Jean Grey. Will the immovable mutant known as the Blob be able to lure her over to his side.

Episode 5{Speed and Spyke}-In this episode Storm's nephew Evan Daniells has just found out that his top competitor Pietro Maximoff is a mutant just like him. But by doing this it takes thier competion to dangerous levels.

Episode 6{Middleverse}-In this episode Kurt and Scott get in an argument. But Kurt ends up discovering an old run down labrotory and finding a transdimentional projector and after a bought with Rouge Kurt ends up getting transported to another dimension called middleverse. There another named Forge (he can create any type of machine with his tool arm). They end up getting out.

Episode 7{Turn of the Rogue}-In this episode Rouge and Scott must survive a Geology Club field trip together. Scott tries to bond with Rouge but with an encounter with Mystique it gets a little tough. In the proccess they end up finding out that the people they most trust have been lying to them.

Episode 8{SpykeCam}- In this episode Evan gets a shool assigement to tape a teens life with a digi-cam. Just as Sabertooth tries to attack the institute.

Episode 9{Survival of the Fittest}-In this episode the team has to go to survival camp. But can the X Men and the Brotherhood get along. At the mean time The Juggernaut (Proffessor X's half brother) escapes and trys to get revenge on his brother.

Episode 10{Shadowed Past}-In this episode Rouge's been having reacurring nightmares about someones past. It ends up it's Mystique's old memories. But about Kurt. It ends up that Kurt finds out that Mystique is his mother. But did he really want to find out.

Episode 11{Grim Reminder}-In this episode Wolverine is being lured to Canada because of the unknown computer chip in his brain. It is being activated by some shadowed old scientist. Wolverine, Shadowcat, and Nightcrawler escape and the chip is taken out of Wolverines head.

Episode 12{The Cauldron,part 1}-In this episode a fight breaks out between good and bad mutants. Scott finds out that his brother is alive after 10 years. Can Magneto bring the X Men to his side.

Episode 13{The Cauldron,part 2}-In this episode Magneto's evil plan starts to take shape on Astroid M. As he tries to brainwash the X Men Cyclops and Havoc end up saving the day and everything goes back to normal. Yeah Right just wait for season 2 episode guide.
