Strangest occurrence: I cannot get a front bumper to stay yellow...
when it was first painted yellow, the painter told me he had a hard time
getting the paint and tape lines to stick to the bumper... it looked fine to
me, but sure enough a couple of weeks later the paint began to flake around
the black bumper guard, and within 2 months it was 2 tone... so i took it
back and he did it again...told me it was better and wouldn't flake this
time...even threw in a couple extra clear coats for nothing...so the paint
sticks and looks good... months go by and I'm satisfied...that is until I
come out from work one day to find that someone backed into me...damn
people...now its 2 tone again...so I get it fixed...last week... came out
from work today...seems someone STILL hasnt learned to parallel park, and
put a square trailer hitch through my bumper...bastards...time to try one
more time...
Other, smaller oddities: - that damn yellow paint squeaks...thats what it has to be, theres no other
excuse for the squeak...it has to be the paint itself...has to be...cuz if
its not im going nuts...
-yellow is definitly magnetic, not only to peoples eyes, but to rocks, dirt,
bugs, and small animals...they come out of nowhere and fly into the car...after washing your car one day sit and watch it, you'll see bugs and dirt actually fly into your car...
-being treated as a yellow light...this has to happen to all of you, I know it does...you'll be going down a street with stop signs at the adjacent streets, and cars will sit there and wait until you ALMOST get to the intersection, then dart across like there trying to beat a yellow light before it turns red...it happens all the time to me, I swear they think I'm a moving yellow light...
