And the Walls Came Tumbling Down (the fall of the Castle)

As the clan continued to grow, more and more people came and went. The most devastating of visitors was Godzilla, a beast that stood practically the height of the castle in his full upright form. There seemed to be a grand party in the castle when the monster lumbered upon them and rained his devastation upon it. He not only flamed the castle, but lay it to waste as the gathered tryed in great numbers to subdue the beast. Ryuu Ken was present but alas, even the great dragon saiyajin could not stop the monster's rampage. It was in pain now (having been assaulted from every conceivable angle) and was acting upon pure instinct alone as it completely leveled the castle to the ground. Tears could only watch in great sadness until Sir Owen arrived. Even he could not believe what had just transpired. The beast had fled leaving only total devastation behind. As Tears wept for the loss of her home Owen suggested that he be allowed to summon The_Goddess_Aphrael. Tears could only manage a shrug, for she felt (at that moment) that part of her was broken, as well. Diana arrived as well during that time and was in utter awe at what had happened. Owen then set about in great care to summon the goddess. She appeared in the semblance of a child, her normal visage, for she was the goddess of eternal summer. Like a sprite she looked at the devastation wrought and then asked Tears to conjur a couch. Tears did as she was asked and they all sat upon it. She then motioned for Tears to lift her to her lap and again Tears complied. Suddenly, the couch began to lift. It flew through the air with a swiftness that caused all that were alighting upon it to hold on tightly to whatever they could grab hold of. As the couch was aloft Aphrael began playing her tiny flute. The sweet melody of creation lilted through the fresh summer air and suddenly a great rumbling could be heard. The ground shook with jarring abandon as if it had become a living thing and great stones began to jaggedly cut through the tender crust of the earth. They uplifted and rose towards the sky, the tiny couch continued to flutter about as the party watched fixedly as the powers unfolded before them. The stones began to gather into greath lithic walls that started to connect. It continued to rise as it formed into the semblance of....a castle! Her castle! It rose, newly rebourn into the sky as if the ground was giving birth to it. She gasped as the walls of her beloved home rushed upwards to attain to it's completeness. Tears welled in her eyes as she watched her home be recreated. It was all she could do to restrain herself, but she gathered the faery-like creature up and hugged her most resoundedly as the final turrets jutted before them. The couch came to a soft landing on the ground just before the newly risen structure and she excitedly kissed Owen on the cheek before dashing in to see what was contained therein. The whole party ran through the length of the castle with eyes wide and full of wonder and smiles alighting upon their faces. It seemed now that the structure was even bigger than before. It now contained a grand foyer adjacent to the throne room, a grand ball room, the great dining hall, and the bedchambers...now there were so many! Tears was so very grateful to both Owen and the tiny summer goddess and hugged and kissed them both again and again. After the party had settled for the night, she prayed to the goddess giving her yet another thank you and fell then fast asleep in her new home...
