Lost At Last supported by Technomania Circus at Belly Up Saturday April 21st, 2001 It was a great evening of music starting out with Scott Huckabay who surprised all with some great trance like full sounding acoustic guitiar work with a percussionist and then using samples to blen it all together. Then, after arranging cooperation with Technomania Circus via Randy Niklason, the manager of Lost at Last, Technomania Circus did a couple of our acts with LAL. Kim Hagen came out as the incredible flaming headdress goddess with fire fingers during the drone guitar intro before Jaya's vocals started. After a couple of great warmup techno-tribal songs then Ian Gunn & Deron did flaming staff. After Storm Cloud was able to join the band onstage during the percussionistic "break" (which really wasn't much of a break) and show his wares then Neil came on with his Disappearing Technoman act - seems the band's eyes were on him too - that is til he "disappeared" into the "wired & wild" dance by Cela & Jenny - ooh, the benefits of flashing lights !!! The NERVE costume made an appearance compliments & courtesy of enlighted.com. Kerri Kresinski debuted her NEW "dancer in a bag" routine. The band jammed and we danced until near the end as all 3 flamers fired together for the finale. cts. DT 4/21/2001 |
