I made this site for my web design class but if you'd like to learn more about supply and demand this site actually has some good information that you might actually find useful. Supply and demand is very often used in microeconomics as well as macroeconomics. It helps us understand how our economy functions. This site will go into detail on how to make a supply and demand model and what factors change supply and demand. A model in economics is usually simplified to two variables, which is far less than what actually happens in real life, but nonetheless, the supply and demand model is extremely useful in figuring out how the economy works. All my sources were obtained from Wikipedia.
