A MOMENT OF TOTAL BLISS
An extension of Life's fixation
by Anne
To
wasted entities
Moonbeams spill thy self into
the fields I mow
Attempting to harvest fermented
grains and rudiments
An iota of casting spell killed
the premise of narcissism
And plunged thyself to
momentary bliss
Foolishly, I think of 'ifs'
If stars denounce the moon to kiss
a tainted sphere,
I will give them my whole heart
If darkness pours its tears to
quench the earth,
I shall risk half my life
And if the gods seal a full
moon every night,
Then I'll install my soul
If and only if
Again and again
For residual juncture
You and I am made of these,
I turn the earth standing still
You rule the moon untouched
I paint the land with black
and white
You overshadow darkness in a curse
Escaping from nothing, I wandered....
I went on delighting myself,
moonscaping in different miniatures
That feeds the labyrinth of
an ending night
Tomorrow I shall wake from slumbered
phantasm
And excite the day with graceful
curtsy
And excuse thyself with the vanity
of my soul.
