How to say the Chaplet
Say the Our Father, Hail Mary, then say Eternal Father I offer you the Body, the Blood, the Soul and the Divinity of Your dearly beloved Son my Lord Jesus Christ, in atonement for my sins and those of all the world. Then say 10x For the sake of his sorrowful Passion have mercy on me and on the whole world. Then repeat the Eternal Father. Total of 50 say, For the sake of his sorrowful Passion, and 5 Eternal Fathers, end saying Holy God, Holy Mighty One, Holy Eternal One 3X.
