This was my first attempt at Liz, and also my first Roswell figure altogether.
Liz is done using Willow, from the Buffy line. The head is just a repaint, but the body required a little more work. I removed the arms at the elbow and sculpted some new ones (keeping the hands) from milliput. The Willow figure is wearing jeans, which was a problem at the time as I didn't have a Dremel or any form of power sander, so eventually I got them relatively smooth with an old fashioned file and a lot of hard work.
The collar and the sleeves are milliput, and the skirt uses the same technique I used on Secret (painted cloth with normal model paint) The little alien apron is a peice of blister plastic, with milliput for the eyes. |
