This is where I was at after I had replaced the floors....time to Herculine.
This was taken after the 2nd coat, which is a must....the 1st coat does good, but you gotta have the 2nd coat to have complete coverage.
After caulking around the edge of the floor of the bed and wall and then Herculining, its hard to tell that I even replaced the floor at all.
The transision between the old floor and the new floor seems to flow much more naturally with the Herculiner applied.
I just haven't figured out what I am gonna do with the doors yet; still thinking about it, but I do have a few options that I am milling over.  By the way, I did the under coating with 1 coat, and I did the interior with 2 coats, and I used about 1 3/4 gallons; I have just enough to do some touch up work when I need to.

Trying to clean that black crap off my hands, and trying to come back to my senses...that stuff is pretty strong.
Tires showed up on Feb. 15, 2002 (surprised me)  I thought they looked good, but I will probibly add a 1" or 2" body lift for a little more clearence in the fender-wells.
Lookin' a little better now.
My herculiner all dry now.
A little bit of size perspective.
Ordered my tires from National Tire and Wheel.  The tires are Super Swamper TSL SX's that are 35x15x15.5 mounted on 15x12's Eaton Black Monster Wheels, and I did get 5 tires and wheels -- all exactly the same.
This is my rear driveshaft that arrived a day before the tires did.  I ordered it from Arizona Driveshaft and Axle.  It is a standard slip spline with a CV at the top end and a standard 1310 U-joint at the other. They used 2 1/2" diameter tubing.  You also have to order the CV yoke to be compatable with the CV, to be installed into the transfer case.  Now that I am pretty sure that the CV will fit into the front (after seeing this one in person) I can order the front shaft.  With stock springs, my rear shaft has an operating length of 40 1/2 " and the front will be 24 3/8"
I picked up both of these seats for $65 at my local used parts yard (junk yard).  They came out of a Dodge Neon and the tracks move nicely and the lean-latches seem to be tight.  I'll see how good they will mount up within about a week, when my roll bar is installed.
This is the 2nd shipment I recieved from D & C Extreme.  This pallet contains my roll bar, drop draglink, and my Rancho 9000 shocks.
This is the roll bar and draglink un-wrapped.
