| After my wife sanded all the surface rust off of it, I drilled the mounting holes, and then she primed it. We put it in place, and it has to be hammered into place...it is a nice tight fit. I am making the "D" bars to hold the clevises (they will double as tow bar mounts) out of 1" thick bar. I will weld those on soon, and will paint the whole assembly glossy black. The rear bumber and rock guards are next, and am already working on them. Stay tuned. |
