---Happy Fourth of July! Patriotism thrives and freedom falls. Al Qaeda did not attack as we thought they would. No other news for the day.

---Hyperspectracl imaging, a new technological development, is being used to help us in the war in Afghanistan. It is able to measure the energy emitted or reflected from an object in more detail than can be provided by a conventional camera or thermal imager. With this new technology, you are able to tell the difference between leaves and a camouflaged command post. I hope our army forces use this technology to it`s full potential to end this god forsaken war.

---A "charming" man from Florida made 1,100 fake 911 calls on June 30th and July 1st, because he was bored. The calls kept the lines tied up for 2 days. At some times, the caller would call on 2 different phones and hold them together so the dispatchers could hear each other. The first time he placed a call, he said "Help me, help me. I`m dying", but the dispatcher said that the words were said in an odd tone, as if he were laughing. He was charged with felony extortion and misuse of 911 emergency communications. Thankfully, no one died from this. Although, I have to admit, letting 2 dispatchers find themselves talking to each other on their own lines is quite amusing. But the guy had it coming, it definitely deserved a punishment. I`m glad there`s stupid people out there in the world like him to keep me laughing.

---One of Afghanistan`s three vice presidents was assasinated and the current president of Afghanistan has set out to investigate the assasination. It is questioned if the country may be able to maintain it`s stability, for the assasination was "a throwback to the old Afghanistan and a setback to the establishment of the new Afghanistan." I think the U.S. is poorly involved in the Afghan situation and if we want to maintain stability in this country, for now, we need more security. Maybe Bush`s ignorant ears haven`t picked that up yet.

---Another example of America`s corporate mischief today, two of WorldCom`s former executives declined to testify this afternoon after overstating profits. America`s widening accounting scandals have seemed to supposedly "anger" federal lawmakers, but I think their anger comes from all of the corporate mischief that has been finally uncovered by the public. They`ve known about this, in my opinion. Bush plans to discuss corporate responsibility this afternoon. Bush blames the corporate abuse from the excesses of the 1990s, during the Clinton administration. Democrats have raised questions again about Bush`s controversial sale of Harken Energy Corp. stocks in 1990 when he was on the company`s board of directors. The sale came two months before the company disclosed a major loss. Bush is an extremely corrupted man with a history he attempts to hide and corporations he works to protect. His frustration and anger only comes from the fact that these corporations were found out after all his hard, deceiving work. Thank you for the help in ruining democracy, Mr. Bush.

---The repulsive sight of George Bush has announced a remark that said "No capitalism without conscience". So, all corporations should have a conscience, about themselves. He`s thinking in terms of the capitalists thinking "those low-paid, oppressed, operating in bad condition workers aren`t making me enough money, so let`s fire half of them, from the jobs they depend on for the livelihood of their families". Bush, I can see straight through you and your supposed opposition to capitalistic abuse. Your one of them behind coporate accounting scandals. But when something goes wrong and the public takes notice, all of a sudden you pretend to be against it. Let`s not forget Harken Energy Corp., Mr. Bush. After that you learned how risky it was to play in the business of screwing people over on the frontlines. Bush, I despise you in a way no man can comprehend nor interrupt. Plainly, I hate you.
