I also worked at ECC Cheolsan (that's in KwangMyoung), the staff was pretty good most of the time, never had a payment problem. ECC has been around for 40 years and they are the oldest. I think it's a great place to start teaching, the books are easy to teach and sometimes you teach on Saturdays, but it's not like you don't get paid for it. I'm almost on my 3rd year in Korea and looking back on the days I spent there, I'm happy that's where I started. Some people will probably say that they pay low compared to other schools. But think about this - you put up with a whole bunch more bs at other schools who pay more. Do your homework - I guess if you are reading this, you are doing it. Be careful and think about the job you are taking before you get on the plane.
