| We have been here twice, the first time we didnt realize what we were looking at. It was visited again and it was very hazy, so it calls for another trip. If you stand on the beach in the park that 5 Mile Light is in, you can plainly see this light on the end of the breakwater. You get double your moneys worth. You have 5 Mile Light in one direction, turn towards the water and you have Southwest Ledge Light. I was there the second time and I found out there is a 6.00 parking fee but the gatehouse was empty. I got my pictures and left...... |
