"For heaven's sake! He won't believe we've fallen out of orbit, but he's quite happy to have the airlock filled with little green men." - Finbow Lewis

Timmy tells Fiona that he is worried because Rosie gave him a VitaChoc bar.

Petra is unable to contact the shuttle, and Eliot tries to assure Rosie that Cats will be alright. Finbow is getting a strange signal from the repair bay, and he tells Rosie that it looks like the shuttle has been destroyed and that Cats is certainly dead. Eliot is angry with both of them and tells Rosie to go and take care of her students.

Sara wants to send an engagement card to Melody and Jean-Francois, but Herlinde tells her that Melody is already chasing Piers. Anna comes in and asks if Herlinde will move back into her cabin again, but Herlinde refuses. Anna thinks that Mercedes is really weird.

Fiona goes up to Comcen to look for Rosie, whilst Finbow is confused about a signal now coming from the forward airlock. Petra says that the signals are circuit faults, but Fiona thinks that someone is trying to communicate with them by simulating faults in a coded sequence. Eliot says that there can be nobody in the airlock.

Anna is reading to a class when Fiona enters. She tells Timmy that there are aliens in the airlock.

Finbow and Eliot go down to the entryport. Eliot, reminding himself about his experience on the second Mars expedition, believes that there could be aliens attempting to board the ship.

In the common room, Sara asks Fiona and Timmy to sign the card for Melody and Jean-Francois. She asks them not to tell Victoria about the aliens.

Eliot orders Petra to activate the airlock. A space suited figure falls out towards them.

In Medicom, Piers examines the nearly frozen stranger. Finbow informs him that Eliot had forgotten about Alex Hartman, a computer engineer, who came up in the last shuttle. The name on the suit, however is Paul Fitzroy Drummond. Piers wonders what could have happened to Hartman.

In the common room, Anna is talking to Herlinde when Finbow arrives. Mercedes tells James that she knows Drummond and that he is a pilot, not a computer mechanic. He wonders if there can be two Paul Fitzroy Drummonds. Mercedes asks Finbow about Cats and tells him that she wants to see Drummond, but Finbow asks her to be patient. Finbow goes to get some rest, but is called back to the bridge for a conference. He thanks Fiona for her observance and tells her that she may have saved the strangers life.

Herlinde visits Sara, and complains about Finbow pouncing on her. Sara feels that she led him on in the first place. Victoria is angry that they can argue about boys in the situation they are in.

In Medicom, the stranger awakes. Piers asks him who he is - Hartman or Drummond?

The conference begins in Comcen. Finbow thinks that they have been swept along with the storm out of the Jupiter System, whilst Eliot insists that they have not moved. Rosie worries about Cats, but Finbow is convinced that he is dead. Eliot refuses to move the ship until the storm clears, or Cats returns.

Mercedes is in Medicom, inspecting the stranger's space helmet when he grabs at her. She screams...
