Christmas 2001 in San Diego

Well, since it would take me forever to describe each of these pictures, I will just give an overall summary. Christmas in San Diego at the Richmond's. I was so happy to spend Christmas with psuedo-family. The first couple pictures are of their house on Christmas Eve. During the day on the 24th we all had our own jobs to do in order to prepare the Christmas Eve dinner before watching the movie and going to the Candlelight Service at church. I, of course, got to decorate the cookies which was totally excellent! On the 23rd, we had time to drive around and check out all the hot spots in San Diego. Even though it was near 73 degrees, I did not see any cute girls on the beach. I did meet one cute surfer girl at the Gap though when we were shopping and also had one girl gyrating on a pole at the shopping center street corner. She was a hottie. It was wonderful though down by the ocean. In one of the pictures I'm standing by my future ocean-side condo. I think I could have sat down there all day and just listened to the waves crash inland. Most of the pretty sunset/ocean water pictures were taken from the La Jolla. There was even a beach filled with seals! Some of the other pictures are from Christmas day, the beautiful flowers outside the Richmond's home and also the golf course in their backyard. I badly wanted to get out there and putt around if nothing else, just so I could say that I golfed in December, but there were actual golfers out, so I'll just have to wait until next time. So that was my first Christmas in San Diego and I enjoyed myself tremendously. I love Dean and Joy; they are the best!
