OnlineHost: Your host for tonight is AOLiveMC14(Bill)

OnlineHost: Robyn Lively has virtually grown up in front of the camera. Born in Powder Springs, Georgia, she embarked upon a thespian career inadvertently by doing commercials at the age of three. Prior to her move to Los Angeles, she co-starred with Kristy McNichol in the movie-of-the-week "Summer of My German Soldier." Welcome to AOL!

AOLiveMC14: Welcome to AOL Robyn Lively! Hello!

AOLiveMC14: Our first question is from JosieWales:

Question: Who has been your favorite actor/actress to work with and why?

RobynLvly: It'd have to be probably the cast of "Chicago Hope"... because not only are they an incredible caliber of actors to work with... but they are also wonderful and just a joy to be around.

AOLiveMC14: Mousie962 asks:

Question: Have you ever met the other casts of Aaron Spelling shows

RobynLvly: Yes... cast of "90210."

AOLiveMC14: MerryGal wants to know:

Question: I gather you have been acting since age 3. Have you attended acting school? Are you a member of the Actor's Studio, perhaps?

RobynLvly: No... I basically got most of my training... luckily and fortunately, from working. My stepdad is an actor as well as an acting coach... and he and my mother have helped me tremendously... since I was young.

AOLiveMC14: Beldin asks:

Question: I understand that you've acted alongside Kristy McNichols. She has had many tragedies in her life. Are you still in touch with her. Has she recovered from her difficulties with substance abuse?

RobynLvly: No, I haven't spoken to or seen her since I was 5... but I Hope that she's doing well.

AOLiveMC14: User2387 wants to know:

Question: Can you tell us a little bit about your family. Are they supportive of your career in film?

RobynLvly: Absolutely... I come from a family of entertainers... my stepfather is an actor.. my mother is a manager and acting coach... my older brother Jason was in "European Vacation"... played Rusty... my younger brother was in "Full House"... my older sister is an actress/model who read for Peyton three times... and my little sister is just adorable.

AOLiveMC14: TracyD843 asks:

Question: Hi Robyn! Love you and the show...what's in store for the gang on the new season?

RobynLvly: Thank you Tracy... lots and lots of exciting new things in store for this season... wish I could tell you more. Hopefully, look for the 3 girls on the cover of October's issue of "TV Guide!"

AOLiveMC14: RPayne842 inquires:

Question: Robyn, where can someone get a autographed picture of you?

RobynLvly: I think I have the address, hang on... Let me look... Cherokee Rose Productions... 5235 Snapfinger Woods Drive... Decatur, GA 30035.

AOLiveMC14: Lil slugga asks:

Question: Is there a future in movies or directing for you?

RobynLvly: I've been in a couple of films... as a teenager... certainly would love to do more... but right now I'm content with where I am. Directing, who knows. Doubt it, though.

AOLiveMC14: Ken P 199 wants to know:

Question: Do you have any fond experiences from the TV show TWIN PEAKS?

RobynLvly: Yes, yes... It was a little confusing because I never really knew... what I was doing from scene to scene or what my motive was... or if I really did kill my husband... but it was definitely exciting and fun.

AOLiveMC14: Another from TracyD843:

Question: Where do you see yourself, artistically, in five or ten years?

RobynLvly: Hopefully in feature films. If that doesn't pan out for me... Somewhere definitely in the entertainment field, maybe producing.

AOLiveMC14: NJOlsen asks:

Question: Robin to what do you owe your success?

RobynLvly: My family. I was raised in a wonderful, strong moral upbringing... They supported me tremendously.

AOLiveMC14: RGehler97 and a lot of others are asking:

Question: Are you married?

RobynLvly: No. No ring on my finger yet!

AOLiveMC14: PLAYR25 wants to know:

Question: How long did it take to make it on TV?

RobynLvly: Well, I started when I was about 3... doing commercials in Georgia... which ultimately led to movies of the week... a move to Los Angeles... fortunately continued to work in television and feature films.

AOLiveMC14: Drakios asks:

Question: Do you feel "Chicago Hope" distorts the true nature of medicine?

RobynLvly: Not being from the medical field, I wouldn't really know... but they seem to do a pretty good job, in my opinion. We also have a registered nurse on set at all times to oversee the medical procedures.

AOLiveMC14: LizM23 wants to know:

Question: How much of "Savannah" was/is actually filmed there??

RobynLvly: Right now we are filming 6 episodes in 6 days. Scenes from each episode. Grueling hours, but hopefully we'll get a lot of stock footage... and it's beautiful here... would love to come back more often. Too hot.

AOLiveMC14: Ken P 199 has another:

Question: Which one is your favorite character in "Savannah?" (other than yours?)

RobynLvly: That's a tough question. They might get mad if I show partiality. I love them all just the same.

AOLiveMC14: Sam Kat5 asks:

Question: Do you know very far in advance what's going to happen on "Savannah?"

RobynLvly: Unfortunately, no. Just yesterday I asked the writer about my story line... and he replied, "That would imply that I knew."... SO I'm pretty much in the dark as far as my story line... because I think it changes so often... after Aaron puts in his two cents, the network puts in theirs, and the writers rewrite.

AOLiveMC14: ApplebeeM sends this in:

Question: I am a big "Chicago Hope" fan, and thought you added some major youth and fire to the show! Why did you leave and what do you think of that show in general! I am an avid fan of yours as well! You are stunner!

RobynLvly: Oh! Thank you so much! Absolutely loved being a part of the show... My character and story line hasn't been completely dissolved... so there's always Hope for the return of Maggi Atkisson.

AOLiveMC14: GRDZLNK asks:

Question: What was the first acting job you had?

RobynLvly: It's a cross between a Fidelity Federal commercial... Actually, I think that might have been it... I can't remember.

AOLiveMC14: PLAYR25 sends this:

Question: How do you make your self comfortable in front of the camera?

RobynLvly: Because I've been in this business for 21 years... it's kind of second nature for me... and once you get to know the people you're working with... and the crew... they become like family.

AOLiveMC14: Sweetldy asks:

Question: Do you have any upcoming projects you are working on and would care to share with us tonight?

RobynLvly: Well, I'm under contract with Spelling Television... which doesn't allow me to do, really, any other work... maybe a movie of the week on hiatus... but not recurring on any other network.

AOLiveMC14: Mousie962 wants to know:

Question: Is Travis really back or is it a dream?

RobynLvly: I'm not allowed to give away the secret... you have to be patient! But I will say it's not a dream.

AOLiveMC14: HYMN 47 asks:

Question: I would like to know if it was hard for you to get in the business and was your first agent a contact through a friend or did you get one yourself?

RobynLvly: I was 3 years old... and I was signed with Kathy Hardergee with Atlanta Models and Talent... my mother was a model with the agency... and she signed all three of us, my brother and my sister as well.

AOLiveMC14: GRDZLNK wants to know:

Question: Hi Robyn! What do you do in your when your not doing the show?

RobynLvly: Hello GRDZLNK!... I spend a lot of time with my family... and working on my house in L.A. Many trips to Home Depot... fun things like that.

AOLiveMC14: MaxAnRela inquire:

Question: What Music Do You Like???

RobynLvly: A Variety of music... I like Sting, Sade... kd lang... Seal... Billie Holliday.. Country music, etc., etc.

AOLiveMC14: PMccaff41 asks:

Question: Robyn, I saw you in the movie "Teen Witch" did you have any romance going on with the male lead in the movie?

RobynLvly: He had a romance with everyone on the show. (Just kidding.) Certainly a doll... He sadly enough ended up marrying the girl who played "Aranda." Boo-hoo.

AOLiveMC14: JustNjoy wants to know:

Question: What do you do to stay in good shape, do you have any helpful tips to share?

RobynLvly: I try to eat well, even though I don't... it's hard when you have the likes of "The Waffle House" and good southern cooking everywhere... but I try to run as often as I can. Just purchased the Ab Roller, haven't tried it out, though... my friend swears by it.

AOLiveMC14: GTown645 asks:

Question: Are you like your character on the TV show "Savannah?"

RobynLvly: Yes and no. Pieces of my personality are integrated with Lane's... I'm not entirely like her, yet I do see gestures or certain things I say or the way I say them... that are a lot like myself... there is a lot of my personality in Lane. But I think she's a little more strong-willed.

AOLiveMC14: StormKing wants to know:

Question: I live in Atlanta where the show is done. Exactly where and when is it done?

RobynLvly: We shoot on location a lot of the time... from Alfaretta to Little Five Points to Decatur.

AOLiveMC14: Hardiboy inquires:

Question: On the show, are Tom and that other guy twins, and if so, how come no one ever mentions anything about it?

RobynLvly: No... they're not twins... actually, far from it, if you look closely. This season, he's only in a few episodes (Brian), and they've now darkened his hair... so hopefully there'll be a better distinction between the two.

AOLiveMC14: Sam Kat5 asks:

Question: How are the other actors and the crew you're working with?

RobynLvly: An absolute joy... going to work is great fun simply because of the people...

AOLiveMC14: Ladies and Gentlemen it looks like our guest is experiencing connection problems. Please standby, she should return shortly.

RobynLvly: How are you all doing, I'm back!

AOLiveMC14: Welcome Back Robyn!

AOLiveMC14: Ready for the next question? Yes! Bring it on! When I did "Summer of My German Soldier" when I was five... I worked with a woman named Mary Nell... and didn't realize that in episode one... we crossed paths again in "Savannah". What a small world.

AOLiveMC14: Call Ktul asks:

Question: Were you disappointed with the popularity of "Karate Kid III?"

RobynLvly: Not really... I had a wonderful time doing the movie... it was a great experience... I loved working with Ralph Macchio and Pat Morita... could've launched me a little bit more but didn't... and I think I'm okay with that.

AOLiveMC14: Blinkem inquires:

Question: Do you ever come online on computer other than interviews like this?

RobynLvly: Unfortunately, I haven't stepped foot into the 90's... and I haven't gotten a laptop or any of those computers yet. But my dad has been egging me on to get one.. so hopefully I'll be joining you soon.

AOLiveMC14: Sam Kat5 wants to know:

Question: Did you ever act on the live stage?

RobynLvly: I've done 2 plays... and ironically with the same director... I've heard praises of doing theater... but personally I enjoy filmwork. I prefer film and television.

AOLiveMC14: Bandit638 asks:

Question: When you go out do people see you as a star or a nother person just doing her thing?

RobynLvly: For several years I've been recognized as the person you went to school with... but now it seems a lot more difficult to go out, especially in Atlanta... and blend in with the crowd. It's tough to get used to, losing your anonymity... but I'm dealing with it. Things could be a lot worse.

AOLiveMC14: Cbaimbri wants to know:

Question: What's it like to work with Jamie Luner?

RobynLvly: She's a riot! I knew her about a year or so getting "Savannah." So it was nice to be reunited with her in work. P.S. I love all of your names!

AOLiveMC14: Another from Ken P 199:

Question: So out of everything you have been in......which one is your fave?

RobynLvly: Each one is such a unique experience in itself. So many elements come into play as far as which one would be my favorite, that it's hard for me to pick one. I've enjoyed everything I've ever done.

AOLiveMC14: GRDZLNK sends this:

Question: Hi Robyn! How did you like working with Robin Williams in the movie "The Best of Times"?

RobynLvly: I loved it! He was constantly keeping everyone in stitches... I ran into him about 2 years ago at Whoopi Goldberg's wedding... and reminded him that I played his daughter... 12 years ago... I can't convey in Robyn William's style his reaction... but it was pretty hilarious.

AOLiveMC14: MJOProvos wants to know:

Question: Has starring in "Savannah" changed your life drastically?

RobynLvly: Gradually drastically. When I walk down the street, more often than not I get "did anyone ever tell you you look like... that girl Lane on Savannah?"

AOLiveMC14: Debbie140 asks:

Question: How many new characters will be introduced this fall?

RobynLvly: There's a lot of new blood on the show this season... I don't know how many will be in for the long haul. But we definitely have some new faces.

AOLiveMC14: MrNightbo wants to know:

Question: I'm 29 and started acting 2 yrs ago, and have been very successful in commercials, any advice on breaking into film and TV?

RobynLvly: Excellent! You're one step ahead of the game. Commercials are always tough to land. Just continue to get your face out there... and that should be a good beginning. Good for you.

AOLiveMC14: Amigaj inquires:

Question: If you were not acting what do you think you would be doing

RobynLvly: I would probably be living in a small town in Georgia... with a husband and a ton of kids.

AOLiveMC14: Unfortunately we only have time for one last question.

AOLiveMC14: PLAYR25 asks:

Question: With such a stressful hours how do you unwind and what type of hobbies do you have? How do you manage your time?

RobynLvly: I listen to music... I just purchased a Lava Lamp... which I am thoroughly intrigued by. Being in Georgia and so far away from my immediate family and friends... although I do have some in Georgia. (Including my biological father.) (I spend a lot of time on the phone.)

AOLiveMC14: Thanks to Robyn Lively for her time and great responses this evening!

RobynLvly: Good-bye to all my new friends! This was a first for me... and I loved every minute of it. Hopefully I'll be back without any computer malfunctions! Take care to all of you and good luck! Good-bye for now! Look for the show to return mid-August... Monday nights at 9:00.

AOLiveMC14: Thanks also to the audience for their great questions! Good night all!
