ABOUT THE PRESIDENT AND CEO OF MARK ZERO FAN FICTION

Peter W. Guerin, President and CEO of Mark Zero Fan Fiction, Unlimited, has been writing stories based on his favorite shows long before the term "fan fiction" was coined or even before the Internet was even thought up. For the past sixteen years, Peter's been writing little comedy sketches and taping them where he skewered shows as diverse as "Alvin and the Chipmunks", "Thundercats", "Tour of Duty", "Mancuso, FBI" and so forth.

Born in Bay Shore, New York in 1968, Peter grew up on New York's Long Island, mainly within the Town of Islip in Suffolk County's suburban West End. He graduated from Connetquot High School in Bohemia, New York in 1987. He moved to Hudson Falls, New York (best known as the birthplace of Townsend Harris, our nation's first consul-general to Japan) in 1990. He received his Associate's degree in Business Administration from Adirondack Community College in 1994. He lives with his mother, stepfather and older stepbrother. He works as a counter clerk and bindery operative for his family's print shop, Greenfield Press in Hadley, New York.

The shows Peter likes to watch include: "Daria", "Sailor Moon", "Pinky and the Brain", "Dragon Ball Z", all four "Star Trek" series, "Animaniacs", "Tiny Toon Adventures", the original "Looney Tunes" series, "Sanford and Son", "South Park", "Space Ghost Coast to Coast" and the Sci-Fi Channel's "Saturday Anime". Among his favorite anime are "Project A-ko", "Patlabor", "Burn Up!", "You're Under Arrest!", "Venus 5", "Gunsmith Cats" and "Here is Greenwood". Among musicians, he likes mainly Long Island singers and bands, including Billy Joel, Pat Benatar, Blue Oyster Cult, Stray Cats/Brian Setzer Orchestra (they're from Massapequa originally, not from London like some think), Twisted Sister and Zebra (so they're from New Orleans originally, but it took relocating to the Island for them to make it big). He also likes Garbage, Fleetwood Mac, The Monks, Poe, REM, Smashmouth and Soundgarden.

Peter is the author of all the Mark Zero Exclusive creations on this site. Peter can be contacted at markzero@zdnetmail.com. Peter also promises to have a picture up on this page as soon as he can. As you can see, he could pass for Anthony Geary. SHEESH!
