Tagline:
“The Godfather” hits his funny bone.
Log:
Action-comedy: While JOEY pursues
actress MARY X ARTWELL, UNCLE ROCCO battles the DRAGON LADY; and, while AUNT
REGGIE and UNCLE LEO try to rebuild their shattered lives, the cinematic epic
of the only Italian war hero
may never be completed.
(the trailer for Movie Mayhem)
Let’s Do It
JOEY explains the plot of the movie,
but is invariably interrupted
by scenes from his past, events from the movie, and his very own passion for “xxx”
star MARY X ARTWELL. AUNT REGGIE is in
a constant state of frustration due to JOEY’S inaptitude, her lack of money,
her investor problems and her attitude of
being generally pissed-off.
GIT-FIDDLE GUS provides the musical ambiance. New songs are introduced including ”Gli anni passeggiano...” (Years stroll by...), the love theme.

INT. AUNT REGGIE’S STUDIO - NIGHT
FADE IN:
The
camera views a poor man’s excuse for a studio with papers, boxes and lights
haphazardly thrown about.
With
electric guitar in hand, GIT-FIDDLE GUS, a washed-up 60’s rocker, enters the
studio and places his 50’s drum machine on his amp and sings his name twice.
GIT-FIDDLE GUS SINGS & PLAYS
“ANOTHER OPENING, LIKE SHOW BUSINESS”
The
cast sets up the lights, amps, curtains, etc. as they intermix songs.
GROUP
ONE, consists of TALENT SCOUT, BILLY-O, CPT. SALVADORE FORTUNATO, ANTOINETTE
FORTUNATO, with SAVED CHILD, DOCTOR, OLD EDITOR, nine year old ROGER THE NINTH
(the famous Movie Critic for the New York Post) and YOUNG JOEY (in black face).
They stay up stage and clean and adjust the area, with extras including CAROL
(Uncle Leo’s fiancé) a VOLGARIAN, 2 CHOLOS, 4 NINJAS, and Joey’s mother and
father LORETTA & RONNIE; and...
GROUP
TWO consists of AUNT REGGIE, MARY, BILL, JOEY, UNCLE LEO, THE DON (with his cat
ARCHIMEDES), also an unwitting and unwilling NURSE GINO, (who works in a
monastery and is the object of Aunt Reggie’s affection). They march back and forth down stage.
All
this happens while UNCLE ROCCO fights his ever ongoing war with NICK, CHICO and
THE DRAGON LADY in silent slow motion as they mutually stalk one another around
the stage.

He throws it down and skid addles.

Gli anni passeggiano...
Ancora dall'io gridano.
Years stroll by...
Still I cry.
-----------------------------------
Ho una sensibilità stridula fredda in profondità giù all'interno.
A volte il mondo viene arrestandosi giù tutto l'intorno,
E la nerezza è dappertutto...
Per favore accendiamo una luce.
I have a cold shrill feeling
deep down inside.
Sometimes the world comes
crashing down all around,
And darkness is everywhere…
Please turn on a light.
-------------------------
Gli anni passeggiano...
Ancora dall'io gridano.
Years stroll by...
Still I cry.
-----------------------------------
Ho una sensibilità blu e blu...
Ho più profondo la sensibilità blu a voi.
Spero che lo amiate quanto quanto...
L'oh bene, sapete che che cosa significo?
I have a blue, blue
feeling.…
I have the deepest blue
feeling for you.
I hope you love me as much
as…
Oh well, you know what I
mean?
----------------------
Gli anni passeggiano...
Ancora dall'io gridano
Years stroll by...
Still I cry.
-----------------------------------
All the love in this world
is all the love in my heart for
you.
All the kisses in the world,
are for you, my love.
Before I knew you, I have
not known all the joy that I
lacked.
I have the deepest blue
feeling for you.
------------------------------
Gli anni passeggiano...
Ancora dall'io gridano
Years stroll by...
Still I cry.
----------------------------
Tutto l'amore in questo mondo è tutto da amare nel mio
cuore per voi.
I baci della notte, dò voi, il mio caro.
Ora che li ho che sono completo.
Ho una stella per ti
All the love in this world
is all the love in my heart for
you.
The kisses of the night, I
give to you, my dear.
Now that I have you, I am
