McMillan and Wife, played by Rock Hudson and Susan Saint James, is the most lighthearted out of the Mystery Theatre trio. Stewart McMillan is the police commissioner and solves crimes with the help of his wife, Sally. Their maid, Mildred, played by Nancy Walker, adds comedy to the program. My favourite episode of McMillan and Wife is "Greed." When Mildred's aunt passed away, the alleged recipient of the inheritence is murdered. McMillan and Wife find out that she is an imposter. All the other relatives(except good old Milly) are suspects. However, it turns out that the killer is the lawyer.
