This one goes way back when Derek first pretended to be Ben. What was the song played when Ben and Meg first made love after Derek fell off the cliff? Is it a single that I can buy? It goes something like "Have you got the rest of your life every single morning, noon, and night. That's how long Baby it will take me. The rest of your life" Something like that. Thanks!

I was at a Passions web site. If Sunset Beach is going to be off the air I'm going to need a replacement. But Passions could never replace Sunset Beach. But anyway it says that the actor who plays Reese was on Sunset Beach. His name is Bruce Micheal Hall. I don't remember seeing anyone that looks like him so could you please tell me who he played and when he appeared on the show. Thank You!!!

I had some trouble finding information on this guy. The site where I usually get information like this (www.imdb.com) did not connect Bruce Michael Hall (Reese Durkee [Passions]) to Sunset Beach. So, I checked NBC.com; the bio on Bruce says that he was on Sunset Beach. Honestly, I can't remember him on the show. I looked other places as well, and I couldn't find anything more; so, either NBC is messed up or his part was so small that we can't remember and no one else can either. Perhaps he was the guy who tried to finesse Caitlin for $10,000 way back in January of 1998 (baby buying scam), but I'm not certain.

I missed the episode where Derek was killed. Who and how was he killed? Also what happen afterward with the police? Why is Casey in the hospital?

Derek was shot and killed by Maria while he was struggling with Ben in the basement. Tess was arrested and trown in jail. Casey was in the hospital, because Derek and Tess had beaten the crap out of him.
January 10

Please...I've watched this show from day one and didn't get to see the last episode and it's not summarized on Sunset Central. What happened?????? Is it going to be aired again? Who all got married?

The final episode is available at Sunset Central's Media Central section in real player format. I doubt that it will ever be aired again. Meg and Ben and Michael and Vanessa got married in a beautiful and heart-warming double ceremony performed by Father Antonio Torres in front of all of the residents of Sunset Beach (except for Gregory and Tess who were shipped off to prison).

I have asked people this many, many times but i never really get a straight answer. Why exactly did Elaine kill Del?? I know it has something to do with her son Cole. Could you give me the details, please? Thanks!!

Elaine Stevens killed Del Douglas, because she found out that he had kidnapped her son, Cole, when he was born. Del had also threatened to kill her daughter her daughter, Paula, if Elaine went to the police with the information.
January 15

Iīm a girl from Sweden who moved to Finland in December 99. now it is January 2000 and I been chocked. When I saw Sunset Beach here they are before Sweden. The episodes that is showed here hasīnt been showed in Sweden. So I wonder:

1.) When did Maria get back to Sunset Beach?
2.) Are Sara and Casey together or not?
3.) Are Meg and Ben still married?
4.) Does Ben have a child with Maria?

There is so many questions that I want to write down but i donīt know if you will answer them! But Thanks Anyway! I really love Sunset Beach! I hope none of them are going to leave!!

Unfortunately, I am probably way too late to do this question any good. But here it goes.

1. Maria showed up in Sunset Beach around the time of the earthquake. She had amnesia and was known as a patient at Cedar Oaks Hospital named "Dana".
2. Sara and Casey were together off and on throughout the rest of Sunset Beach, but the series ended with the happy couple engaged to be married.
3. Meg and Ben's marriage was nullified when "Dana" was found to be Maria. Ben was legally married to Maria until the final days of the series when a quickie divorce allowed Ben and Meg to be married legally.
4. Benjy--the child that Tess claimed to be Ben & Maria's--actually was Derek and Tess's child, concieved as a part of their plan to kill Ben and Maria and run off with Ben's fortune.

January 23

I am an avid British Sunset Beach viewer but have been wondering for some time what evil Derek has done with Ben is he dead or is he going to come back and save the day for Maria?

Ben is not dead. Derek is holding him in Seattle, until he stepped up the plan and moved him to his secret hideout in Sunset Beach.
