Ned Logan is a widower and father of four, well five now in a way. He believes strongly in upholding the family legacy, to give others less fortunate then they are a chance to turn their lives around. Ned is a caring, honest, and virtuous man. He has very high morals, and expects everyone to share them. Ned has carried on the family tradion of horse farming, and his family means everything to him.
