Lisa McCune's on screen brother, played by Brett Climo, is returning to Blue Heelers. His reappearance on the show coincides with the November release of a new movie starring the pair.

In The Inner Sanctuary (on video through 21st Century Pictures on November 18), Brett plays Lisa's boyfriend, Andrew, a high-flying accountant. He keeps standing her up as he's drawn into his job as auditor for the local Catholic mission, which he'd expected to shut down until he gets involved personally. Felicity, Lisa's character wishes he'd get so commited to her.

"I like Andrew's fall," Brett told TV SOAP. "He's not very nice to start with but he learns to be a better person. I actually wanted to make him more of a sod!"

Says Lisa: "I did The Inner Sanctuary as a favour to the director, Chris Clarke. It's a self-funded film and I admire that sort of courage. I wanted the opportunity to work in another medium. I don't want to leave Blue Heelers for a film career. I still need to grow."

Lisa and Brett are also reunited at Mount Thomas in a special episode airing early-to-mid November. Brett was introduced last year to viewers as Constable Maggie Doyle's brother, Robbie Doyle, a heroin addict.

"This episode is a pretty big number," says Brett. "It's about how the relationship is resolved and patched up between Maggie and Robbie."
