Ahh, Sunnydale's newest fiend, Mayor Richard Wilkins! I use the term fiend lightly because, although he seems to be leaning to the Bad Guy/Demonic Vissage end of the spectrum, we haven't actually seen him do anything horrible yet. Well, ok, there was that little thing with the babies being fed to the demon...but he was just trying to protect his town! Alright, and there was that other thing about wanting to kill Buffy. (He didn't actually say that, but he made it very clear of what he wasn't telling us)
But, enough rambling. The point is, the Mayor is a mystery guy, and he makes for a darn good character! Which is all the more reason to become a keeper! Have fun browsing, and enjoy your claims!
