Forum claim to fame: Fame? Not me. I just observe, listen, marvel at the depth of some of the discussions, laugh at the silliness of some other discussions, and occasionally toss in my 2 cents.
Single little red hen (I'll do it myself!), taking care of 2 horses, a dog, and a cat. Have been a Highlander fan since 1st season (didn't see the movie till much later). Have recently "discovered" fanfic and am rapidly becomming addicted. Loved Highlander but (don't shoot please!) love Raven even more. Can't help but be charmed by Amanda's insouciance. But Nick needs someone standing in his corner right now, providing backup, so here I am.

Claims to fame: In 1970, I was the first woman disk jockey in El Paso. It was a pretty big deal at the time, newspaper coverage and all. My 15 minutes of fame--HaHa. I later moved into the L.A. radio market, working with a variety of interesting and well-known TV and Radio personalities.
Forum Claim to Fame: writing HL reviews for the HAM page (please check it out) and posting my first Fanfic story (on Athos' page). I love anything HL, especially if it has to do with Adrian. I am also a big Methos and Joe fan. I love the camaraderie that I have found with the forumlanders. I think they are the finest people in the world...it also doesn't hurt that they share my HL obsession!
I am 43 years old and have two children, a son who is 16 and a daughter who is 12. We have 2 dogs, a mixed terrier named Lassie who is 'devoted' to my daughter and a blonde cocker-spaniel named Shelby with an eating disorder. In addition to being a wife and mother, I am a freelance writer. Oh, and one more thing I should mention...I am married to OLD BRANDY, who is the forum's resident lurker!

Proposed on the forum that during the G5 breakfast the arid climate in Denver was the reason Adrian was chewing gum. I get dehydrated and chew gum before a presentation. Why should he be any different? Got "dressed down" by security at G5 for having a conversation with Adrian during which I got to see a real million megawatt smile up close and watch him throw back his head and laugh in genuine amusement. Security "escorted" me from the PEACE room after Adrian had finished talking to me then lowered the boom. Security be d**med I'll do the same every chance I get. Saw "Endgame" at the theater 12 times.
Wife for 18+ years mother of 2, assorted dogs, cats, hamsters, fish and horses. My SO thinks I'm crazy because of my interest in the men of the Highlander Universe. I'm a DEVOTED Highlander fan since the first movie premired and even saw the revival years later at local theaters. I'm a major DUNCAN/ADRIAN PAUL fan. I'm almost as bad about Methos/Peter. I'll see anything with Jim or Stan in it and buy anything Jim records. I think Valentine's talent is vastly underrated as is that of all the Highlander actors. I'll always mourn Connor and I'll always love Christophe and see any film with him in it.

I'm a 40yo (almost) medical secretary at a large hospital. I share
my house with my husband, 4 German Shepherds, 2 cats and my daughter's
boa contrictor (I'm currently "snake sitting"; I have to admit the dogs
are easier to walk, but the snake is quieter!). I lurk more than I post,
but I've been very impressed with the fabulous people who hang out here.
This was especially evident with my family's crisis in June (my grandson,
Dyallon, was born with many birth defects and only lived 15 days; the forumlanders
were VERY supportive).

Right now I have no clan and no forum acheivments because I am a die-hard lurker who has only recently posted anything. I guess I've been lurking since January or Febuary, but I'm not sure. I am a 22 year old student at Southwest Texas State U studying physical therapy. I'm only 4"9, but I've been in Tae Kwon Do for almost 6 years now, so it balances everything out nicely. Unfortunately, I still get carded for rated R movies if I don't wear makeup. Intrests other than Highlander include: writing, reading, going clubbing, and making a general nuisance of myself in my spare time- of course, as a student, I have no spare time. :) Ain't life grand!

I am now celebrating the 15th anniversary of my 36th birthday. (36
was a really good year -- decided to stay there forever!) Married to the
Big Bad Wolf for 31 happy years. No children, and petless at the moment
(although that could change at any time). Work (such as it is) for a major
oil company in the Houston area. The BBW can't understand my attraction
to Methos' toes, but he's tolerant as long as I worship from a distance.
