Tong Lung (Bruce Lee) flies to Rome to help some relatives that are being troubled by Italian thugs. But as the Mafia doesn't surrender he has to show them some Chinese Boxing and kick their asses.

Basically that's the plot but still this movie shines and it's all because of Bruce.
Technique wise this is Bruce Lee's best movie. He shows his kicks, the nunchucks, and the pole all amazingly fast, especially the kicks and punches.
No one makes an impression on me like him; I just go crazy when I see his movies. This is one of my faves, not because the movie is so good, it's because Bruce shines and he's so damn sympathetic. He's so funny when he keeps claiming China is more beautiful than Italy and that they have everything that the Italians have but even greater, and when he's impressed he tries not to show it.
Hapkido master Wang In Sik cameos as a Japanese Karate expert but doesn't get to show how good he really can kick (as in most of Bruce's movies the co-stars don't look to good).
The end fight with Chuck is very good with Bruce showcasing his amazing skills.

The stupid thing is that it's dubbed, and Bruce plays a non-Italian speaking guy, so when he can't understand what the Italians are saying it's like he doesn't understand English but still he speaks English.
