Tad's Scratchy Earlobe

Well, hello everyone. Welcome to my little home away from home here at Chez Martin, Tad’s Love Nest.

I guess the first thing I should do is introduce myself for those of you who don’t know me, though some of you may already know who I am... so you can consider yourself warned. My name is Scratchy and I’m Tad’s left earlobe. His earlobe, you ask?? Yes... his earlobe, deal with it.

WARNING: Scratchy is rated NC-17 at times. LOL!

How did I get my name, you might ask? Well, see, Tad has this little habit. Whenever Tad’s finds himself a wee bit nervous or embarrassed or flustered he needs some way to comfort himself. And I’m his little bit of comfort. Every now and then, Tad will reach up and give me a little tug to kind of soothe himself. And I just LOVE it when he does that. I just get all warm and fuzzy inside. : )

You should also know that I’m the inside link to all the goings on here on Tad’s beautiful body. I was elected to be the one communicating to you... the outside world, of what is happening here inside Tad’s beautiful body. But I must warn everyone, from time to time, some of the other ‘parts’ sneak into my room and log on... and they can cause all sorts of trouble when they do that to. I’ll swing by from time to time and update what’s going on inside Tad’s body here on the site. And now that Tad and Dixie are back together... Life is good!!

We’ve got a whole slew of ‘parts’ who love to have me communicate what is going on. Who are a few of them you ask? Well... first off there’s Mr. B. Mr. B. is Tad’s brain. Until Dixie’s return it was sad to say that Mr. B was slowly turning into a big ol’ pile of gray goop.... is wasn’t pretty. Tad was in the process of being podded and no matter how hard we tried, Mr. B just stood there rocking back and forth, his eyes glazed over and mumbling stuff. It was very sad. Mr. B started improving just a wee bit when Dixie returned, you know.... Mr. B got himself into the gym and started thumbing through newspapers and could comprehend thoughts all on his own, but then he sort of turned back a few steps when Dixie was sick and Tad didn’t have the hootscow to figure out what the hell was up with her... duh!! Everyone else could hear the ‘beep... beep.... beep.... beep’ of her heart monitor during their phone conversation. One would think Mr. B and Tad would have picked up on that... but NO!!! But Mr. B’s got himself all back in shape now. It was his idea to whisk Dixie off to New York to make her tell the truth. It’s nice to have Mr. B back and in fine working order.

Then there’s Stan. Stan is Tad’s stomach. Stan is a really good guy. He usually one of the first to crack a joke at our meetings or the first to light the stink bombs when times are dull. But there have been a few times when Stan is at a total loss and he becomes really pathetic. He gets all scared and whimpers like a little lost puppy. And nothing we say or do for Stan seems to help. We just have to leave him alone until he pulls out of it.

And The 6-Pack. Greg, Marsha, Peter, Jan, Bobby and Cindy. The 6-Pack is Tad’s beautiful stomach muscles. Aren’t they a lovely bunch? And we’ve just recently gotten them back. They worked themselves into a frenzy a few years ago... and it’s a darn good thing too because Tad walked out of the bathroom in his and Dixie’s bedroom wearing nothing but a pair of Calvin’s!! The screams that were going on when Tad was thinking about doing that were deafening. But never fear. They survived and did a smash up job in the process... and are waiting for him to get that idea in his mind again. I don’t think we’d hear any complaints from Dixie. Well, then we didn’t get to see them much... oh sure, Tad was with Snoria for a few months but we don’t like to remind ourselves of that time. We all had to go through detoxification after she left (just think of the shower scene in ‘Silkwood’ with that bristle brush and you’ll get the picture of what we all had to go through). Eww... gives me shivers just thinking about it even today. Okay, back to The 6-Pack. Once Snoria was out of the picture (thank ya Jesus!), The 6-Pack left. Yes... just got up and left. They figured since Tad’s body wasn’t going to be seen by anyone else, that was their chance to make it big. And make it big they did! The went on a world wide tour with Neil Diamond. We got postcards from them every now and then and a few phone calls as well. But as soon as Tad’s eyes caught sight of Dixie standing next to him in the Holiday’s rubble, an immediate S.O.S. went out for The 6-Pack to return. And they did. They weren’t going to miss their chance at being close to Dixie’s beautiful body. And Tad needed their muscle strength to carry him through New York City. You think it was mainly Tad who was grabbing Dixie and pulling her back into bed? Ha... think again. Dixie’s an animal and she gave Tad and ALL of us for that matter one fantastic, heartpounding, sweaty good time.

And now were coming to the what they like to be called ‘The Pride and Joy of Thaddeus James Martin”.... Chip & Dale and Mr. Big. First off.... Chip & Dale. Do I need to describe who they are? Well, maybe for those of you who have never seen any of my posts around. Okay... how am I going to put this in a nice way?? Um.... well, ya see... they’re.... um.... oh forget it, they’re Tad’s ‘balls’ okay!! And they more than pride themselves on being just that. Chip and Dale cause some real problems from time to time. Oh, don’t get me wrong... we love them to pieces but when they start playing their bongos, it can sometimes get out of hand. They don’t talk to us that much, mainly to each other and to Mr. Big but they get their point across at just the right time. Tad is basically deemed immobile in some cases. And when you throw Mr. Big into the mix, well... there’s a reason why Tad was called a “Cad” many years ago. And don’t you go thinking that he’s lost that ability to play the “Cad”. Hell No!! Tad just now prefers to give it all to Dixie, and we love him for it. It was very sad for these two during Tad’s “dry spell”. They basically shriveled up!! Can you just imagine what that looks like folk? Eww... it’s awful. But, like The 6-Pack. Once Chip & Dale go word that Dixie was standing next to Tad at Holiday’s, they ballooned right back up. Began banging on their bongos and the good times haven’t stopped yet.

And now Mr. Big. Just go ahead and guess who Mr. Big is. Yes... the man of the hour, the hot dog at our baseball game, the eclair just full of creamy goodness, the bounce in the pogo stick, the raindrop in the desert and... this is Mr. Big’s comment “The only reason making life worth living”. Oh, it was a sad day when Mr. Big was seeing no action. Folks... he took up plate spinning as a hobby!! Yes, it got that bad. He also shriveled up without Dixie around and damn near tucked himself up INSIDE when that floaty chick Camille was trying to get at him. But now, now that our lovely Dixie is home once again, Mr. Big is smiling and parading around like Mr. Universe. At one point in New York we actually pleaded with him to stop to give us at least a 10 minute break, he wouldn’t listen, Dixie even had to ask for water at one point too.

And now it seems that everything is back and in wonderful working order. This latest romp in New York was a large scare undertaking. And undertake we did... and overtake... and sideways take... and even backwards take (I’ll let you all use your own imagination on that one). Many, many, many times!! And we’ve all been singing “We Are The Champions” since then too. I’ll be back from time to time to update everyone on what’s going on over here and to give you all the inside scoop on stuff. For now... we’re recovering for our latest ‘headboard thumping’ competition.... and I do believe we brought home the Blue Ribbon.

Ta-ta for now,

Scratchy
