Take your coin and drop it at the HP Doc's feet. Tell him (npc name),train. Wear your charisma rings and indian beads if you have them.
Back to Volcano Town.
Drop down from the hole in the lower section of Volcano Town. Run the flow of lava to the stair to the HP Doctor.
