| Active Chapter Working to Clean Up House As always, the members of the house are working hard to get the house in shape. Recently, they have worked to improve the house by painting, cleaning the attic and planting in the front yard. If you have anything in good shape you would like to donate to the house, please contact the Alumni Advisors to make your donation! Anything is appreciated! |

| Alumni to Give Incentive to Active Members to Improve GPAs The Executive Committee of the Alumni Chapter has had several discussions regarding an incentive plan for the active chapter to continually improve their GPA. The plan is based on a team and individual effort. Individual - Women achieving Dean's List status and women with a GPA above the All Campus average will receive a gift from the Alumni Chapter each Quarter. - One individual from each class with the greatest increase in GPA for the school year will receive an award at Homecoming the following year. Team - If the sorority is above the all women's campus average all three quarters of the school year, the alumni chapter will award the active chapter with a monetary gift. |

| Active Chapter Year End Retreat On Sunday, May 20th the freshmen, sophomore and junior classes held a retreat to talk about the year and set goals for the 2007-2008 school year. We can assure you that the active chapter is definitely committed to creating an even stronger sorority than ever! A couple key takeaways were: tolerance of decisions and respect for yourself, your sisters and others. The active chapter also set the following goals for next year: 1) Be more inclusive of fellow sisters 2) Improve academically 3) Be more accepting of sisters (embrace differences) 4) Exude a positive attitude! 5) Run efficient meetings (more committee work) 6) Get closer to other chapters on campus 7) Communicate rules on a continuous basis 8) Sponsor campus activities 9) Clearly communicate the pledging activity calendar Please lend your support to the active chapter as they get ready for a new year. If you have time or resources available to help them achieve any of the goals listed above please contact one of the Alumni Advisors. |
