Evaluation: his refusal towards authority can get in the way of a satisfactory mission conclusion. His unknown past can be disconcerting for any employer. One never knows what Schuldich will do next. In fact, he will not have any scruples or sense of responsibility towards his superior, or towards any one else, for he will be capable of, as an example, blaming his co-workers for his own acts. There is also the danger of Schuldich getting a mental breakdown, given that his mind control activities seem to take a lot from him. Yet, his mental and physical capacities give him an overall positive grade. Like said before, he takes a special pleasure from controlling and destroying his victim's minds.
