High Performance System (HiPS)

What is the HiPS?

The HiPS is a comprehensive and systematic approach leading to the long-term athletes' development.

The
HiPS has 8 functions based on the key areas for developing tennis players (Figure):

1. Athletic Conditioning System
The conditioning system contains following two systems:
- Training System to enhace positive responses (eg performance)
- Reconditioning System to quickly recover from negative reponses (eg overtrianing)

8. Consilience System (eg Business, Eco).
