I found Wanner's Honey Soy fat free chinese dressing at Safeway in the refrigerator section near the tofu. Very good, pricy $3.99, 4 tablespoons for 1 point. :~) Teresa Sunny Select VegetableStir Fry- I have been eating the entire 16 ounce bag for 3 points with the Spicy Teriyaki Sauce from TJ's. Good Stuff! Eat it with chop sticks and it even takes longer to eat. Michael Angelo brand at Costco makes microwavable Vegetable Lasagna for 5 points each serving and Eggplant Parmasean for 2 points per serving. We have enjoyed the convience for these busy swim and volleyball nights. |
"I can't believe it's not butter spray" is delicous and zero points unless use use 30 sprays, then you shoul use a point. Those sprays can add up if you are using it on popcorn. Splenda, a sugar substitute that you can cook with has been popular. I used splenda in my smoothie. It was very good. Check out there website for more info. Silhouettes' Skinny Cow ice cream sandwiches are yummy for 2 points. Dreyers fruit bars. These are made with real fruit and are only 1 point. Perfect on these long hot days. I also love the fat-free sugar-free vanilla ice cream for 2 pts. or with diet rootbeer for a low point float. |
