Joann (Saturday) reccomends Sis's Reduced-Fat Knorr Spinach Dip 1 pkg (10oz) frozen chopped spinach 1 pkg knorr vegetable soup mix 3/4 cup fat free sour cream and non-fat plain yogurt 1 cup fat free mayonaise 1 can (8oz) water chestnuts, chopped 3 green onions, chopped Method: Thaw spinach and squeeze dry. Stir soup mix, sour cream, yogurt and mayonaise until blended. Stir in spinach, chopped water chestnuts and green onions. Cover and chill 2 hours. Stir before serving. Makes 4 cups Total points 14.25 2points per 1/2 cup serving |
Joann's Winter Salad serves 4 2 points 4 cups torn salad greens( romaine is nice) 1/2 cup sliced celery 1 diced apple with peel 2 Tablespoons dried cranberries 1/4 cup reduced fat or fat free feta cheese Dressing 4 Tablespoons for whole salad. 1 Tablespoon Maries Poppy Seed dressing mixed with 3 Tablespoons marzetti fat free Poppyseed dressing. Top with craisins and feta cheese. |
