Take Action!!!
1.  List some of the people who appreciate you and why they appreciate you.

2.  Make an ongoing list of
your qualities that have contributed to the richness of the lives of the people around you.

3.  Think of people whose quality of life is better because of what 
you have added to their lives.

4  Ask yourself if these peole are deserving  Then why not you?

5.  Make a  list of your accomplishments and the
abilities that enabled you to achieve them.
