Extra Info: Charlie is one of the newer members of Nine Inch Nails, and is chiefly concerned with programming, engineering, and mixing of tracks. During his appearances in live performances, Mr. Clouser plays keyboard.

One of the unseen forces behind Nine Inch Nails, Charlie Clouser
has greatly changed the sound of Nien Inch nails since he first began
working with the band. Adding his mixing talents to the band along with
his skill as a keyboardist have allowed him to become a permanent member
of the band not just in the studio, but also during live concerts.

Charlie Clouser has worked on Nine Inch Nails related material for long time, also working with a variety of other groups over the course of many years. Mostly known as a mixer and the studio keyboardist for Nine Inch Nails, Charlie is now part of the live Nine Inch Nails band and has toured with them since the creation of "The Fragile." While working with the keyboard sounds found in Nine Inch Nails, Charlie also has brought a large amount of mixing experience to the band. Now the sounds are manipulated not just by Trent Reznor, but also by Charlie and in turn the sounds tend to have a little more variety than they have had in the past. He is also working on the Nine Inch Nails side project band by the name of Tapeworm. Material form that project is expected to be released sometime in the Spring or Summer of 2000.
