There sits a single bull,
in a rodeo pen down the road,
and he threatens all I have,
and all that I have to hold.

There lays a single cowboy,
beside me as we sleep,
and in his dreams he rides,
and spurs with every heart beat.

There is an angel in heaven,
a fallen cowboy's wings,
that watches over the bull,
and the cowboy as he dreams.

There's a single heart,
to scared to let go,
unsure of all that could happen,
but unable to say no.

My life sits astride,
a single big black bull,
and behind him on the chute gates,
a hero gives his rope a pull.

My world lies in wait,
until his boots are safe on the ground,
and for the next time they crack the gates,
and him and Renegade have another show down.

"The bull took something from him,
and now it has taken something from
me.  Hate nope, respect yea...waitin
on it all to end."   Jenn LaRose
