Requirements for Application: 

        (a) Must be 18 years old and above; 
        (b) Must pass the qualifying examination & interview;
        (c) Income Tax Return (ITR) or Certificate of  Exemption;
        (d) Photocopy of High School Card or Certification from               the Head of School last attended; 
        (e) barangay Clearance from the Brgy. Captain.
